Our warranties
DOCUFAST offers explicit warranties on quality and on delivery times.
If you are not satisfied with a job, another version of it will be proposed in the shortest possible time. If this second option also contains errors, you will be entitled to a partial or full refund. Below, you will find the conditions and modalities to express your dissatisfaction with a job.
If the delivery of the translations is more than one third late and the delay is directly or exclusively attributable to DOCUFAST, we will refund up to 100% of the amount of the work.
General terms and conditions of sale
These general sales conditions apply to all work undertaken by the company DOCUFAST for its customers.
Any request for a translation must be accompanied by an order that includes the price agreed upon by the parties. This order must be sent by traditional mail or by e-mail info@docufast.biz, without which we reserve the right not to start the work.
The technical texts will be accompanied by reference documents provided by the client or by invoices or documents that allow a better understanding of them.
The calculation unit for a translation is the word in the source language, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing.
In the event that a client cancels an order, work already done will be invoiced at 100% and work that has been suspended will be invoiced at 50%.
Unless otherwise specified, invoices shall be paid within 5 working days of their issue.
Any case of delay in payment or non-payment of the same will cause the immediate demand for payment of the full amount due by the client, without prior warning or any other formality. DOCUFAST reserves the right to request interest calculated according to the official Mexican interest rate in force on the date when payment should have been made. In any case, the client will have to reimburse the expenses incurred by DOCUFAST for the resolution of the dispute.
In case of late payment, orders in progress will be suspended.
In no case will DOCUFAST be held responsible for translations that are not stylistically satisfactory. Especially in the case of advertising material, the services of DOCUFAST are limited, unless expressly requested otherwise, to its simple translation. DOCUFAST is not obliged to write the text in an advertising style different from that used in the original text. Our responsibility, however, is limited to the amount of the invoice.
Any complaint will be taken into consideration only and exclusively if received by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt and at the latest within seven days after the total or partial delivery of the work or works. Any complaint must be accompanied by the original documents, the contested translations and an explanatory letter. After this period of time, the translation will be considered correct.
If the client is not satisfied, that is to say, if a complaint has been made within the established period of time, DOCUFAST commits itself, at its own expense, and within a period of time equivalent to a third of the time established for the order plus 24 hours, to deliver a new version of the claimed translation. The quality of the translation will be assessed on the basis of this last document in order to establish, in the opinion of DOCUFAST, the extent of the reimbursement.
DOCUFAST cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the malfunctioning of the fax, modem, e-mail or any other postal or terrestrial means, which it cannot control directly.
If the delivery is more than one third late, and if this delay is directly and exclusively attributable to DOCUFAST, the company will be entitled to a refund, to be defined by the parties, of up to 100% of the work delivered late.
In no case can the defects present in one part of the translation call into question the overall work. DOCUFAST reserves the right to make changes in such cases.
Only agreements made in writing between the parties will be taken into consideration. The competent court is the one established by the Mexican law. In the event of non-payment, any representation or reserviceion of part or all of the translation will be unlawful. DOCUFAST reserves the right to request a client using unpaid material to pay immediately for the translation and, if applicable, for any compensation for copyright.
Responsibility
DOCUFAST or its corresponding suppliers do not recognize any guarantee or condition in relation to the services offered, including any guarantees and conditions of merchantability, suitability for a certain purpose, ownership and non-infringement of other rights. In no case shall DOCUFAST or its corresponding suppliers be held responsible for special, indirect or consequential damages, or for other damages of any other type caused by the loss of the right of use, loss of information or loss of profits, if these result from the breach of contract, negligence, or any other harmful action, derived or related in any way to the performance of DOCUFAST itself.
Taxes
In case of purchasing our services in Mexico, the price does not include 16% VAT, which is included at the end of the purchase.
